With this in mind Solgar® introduced one-a-day Formula VM-75® multivitamin with 30 key nutrients to provide daily nutritional support and wellbeing. It is rich in antioxidants1 and packed full of B Vitamins to support everyday energy levels3, iron which contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, oxygen transport in the body and also to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, whilst Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the maintenance of normal bone function.
